The Truth of God Incarnate…Choose This Day… In Whom Do You Believe and Serve?

God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality).  John 4:24 AMPC

And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.               John 8:32 AMPC

For, on this we rely,

Jesus said .., I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.  John 14:6 AMPC

Remember,

IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. [Isa. 9:6.] All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. He came into the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him [did not know Him]. But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name–[Isa. 56:5.] And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory (His honor, His majesty), such glory as an only begotten son receives from his father, full of grace (favor, loving-kindness) and truth. [Isa. 40:5.] For while the Law was given through Moses, grace (unearned, undeserved favor and spiritual blessing) and truth came through Jesus Christ. [Exod. 20:1.]             John 1:1, 3, 10, 12, 14, 17 AMPC

For,

All things have been given over into His (Jesus’) power by (His) Father; and no one knows Who the Son is except the Father, or Who the Father is except the Son and Anyone to Whom the Son may Choose to reveal and make Him known…

And then a certain lawyer arose to try (test, tempt) Him, saying, Teacher, What Am I to Do to inherit everlasting life [that is, to partake of eternal salvation in the Messiah’s kingdom]? And He (Jesus) replied, You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. [Lev. 19:18; Deut. 6:5.]  Luke 10:22, 25, 27 AMPC

Therefore,

Little children, let us not love [merely] in theory or in speech but in deed and in truth (in practice and in sincerity).  1 John 3:18 AMPC

Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,  Ephesians 6:14 AMPC

For,

The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him sincerely and in truth.  Psalm 145:18 AMPC

Yes, we do, we cry out in one accord that You finish Your work in and thru us Lord Jesus.

Sanctify them [purify, consecrate, separate them for Yourself, make them holy] by the Truth; Your Word is Truth.  John 17:17 AMPC

That we all might,

..be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth]. James 1:22 AMPC

For we can do nothing against the Truth [not serve any party or personal interest], but only for the Truth [which is the Gospel].                                2 Corinthians 13:8 AMPC

Grab hold of the Truth then, the Way…the Gospel, above all other things, people, and/or national, civic, and religious alignments.  Be like Paul, knowing in his spirit:

Not that I have now attained [this ideal], or have already been made perfect, but I Press on to lay hold of (Grasp) and Make My Own, that for which Christ Jesus (the Messiah) has laid hold of me and made me His own. I do not consider, brethren, that I have captured and made it my own [yet]; but one thing I do [it is my one aspiration]: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward.  Philippians 3:12-14 AMPC

Praise God!  On these grounds we have…

(We) have chosen the way of truth and faithfulness; Your ordinances have (we) set before (us).  Psalm 119:30 AMPC

For Your loving-kindness is before (our) eyes, and (we) have walked in Your truth [faithfully].  Psalm 26:3 AMPC

When a person takes up this Way, they too, become a minister of It.

For,

[It is (Christ)] Who has qualified us [making us to be fit and worthy and sufficient] as ministers and dispensers of a new covenant [of salvation through Christ], not [ministers] of the letter (of legally written code) but of the Spirit; for the code [of the Law] kills, but the [Holy] Spirit makes alive. [Jer. 31:31.] Now if the dispensation of death engraved in letters on stone [the ministration of the Law], was inaugurated with such glory and splendor that the Israelites were not able to look steadily at the face of Moses because of its brilliance, [a glory] that was to fade and pass away, [Exod. 34:29-35.] Why should not the dispensation of the Spirit [this spiritual ministry whose task it is to cause men to obtain and be governed by the Holy Spirit] be attended with much greater and more splendid glory? Yes, down to this [very] day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies upon their minds and hearts. But whenever a person turns [in repentance] to the Lord, the veil is stripped off and taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom). [Isa. 61:1, 2.] And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.  2 Corinthians 3:6-8, 15-18 AMPC

Paul, concludes and exhorts, then, for all future ministers of the unity and love of Christ within and among His Holy Church.

[Even] now I rejoice in the midst of my sufferings on your behalf. And in my own person I am making up whatever is still lacking and remains to be completed [on our part] of Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of His body, which is the church. In it I became a minister in accordance with the divine stewardship which was entrusted to me for you [as its object and for your benefit], to make the Word of God fully known [among you]– The mystery of which was hidden for ages and generations [from angels and men], but is now revealed to His holy people (the saints), To whom God was pleased to make known how great for the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ within and among you, the Hope of [realizing the] glory. Him we preach and proclaim, warning and admonishing everyone and instructing everyone in all wisdom (comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God), that we may present every person mature (full-grown, fully initiated, complete, and perfect) in Christ (the Anointed One).  Colossians 1:24-28 AMPC
